My name is Olly Sorsby, born and raised in Wolverhampton, UK. I’m a Graphic Designer with a passion for branding, typography & print. Currently in my second year at Birmingham City University, I’m studying Graphic Communication.
Since November 2011, i’ve been working at Eighty3Creative, a Design Agency in Wolverhampton specialising in Branding and Web. I’m constantly developing my skills with opportunities to work in different disciplines. I work across print and digital, but specialise in improving brands.
I’m a sucker for retro, traditional-feel design styles. I find beauty in texture, I’m interested in taking something old, and re-developing it into something new & fresh. The way i see it, Old is the new new. However, this doesn’t mean i’m a one trick pony! Whether you’re a corporate business, or a minimalist fashion company, i can work across all design styles.
I also love to take photos and create moving image. I have experience from product photography, to documentary film, but I am not a photographer or videographer. I’m a graphic designer with a camera, and a good eye.
